COVID-19 Retail Reboot
In the wake of coronavirus retailers were left scrambling as stay at home orders put a stop to in-store traffic, increased eCom traffic, depleted stock of ‘essential’ items and created demand for new delivery methods like curbside pickup & BOPIS (buy online pick up in-store).
Campaign Strategy & Execution
I led the team to quickly formulate a strategic plan across multiple business lines to launch a series of campaigns in the height of the pandemic. The aim was to drive leads and provide retailers with the tools to reboot their retail efforts in the new retail landscape.
